Ok, I know today is the proper mother's day. But for some reason which is still a mystery to me, UK's mother's day is long gone.. i think it was last month or sth..
Anyway, i know everyone will be saying that their mum's the best... which i totally get.... just like everyone (or at least most) would think their bf/gf is the best....
i am no different... i certainly think my mum is 2nd to none...
here's a lil sth about what the bible says about mothers... and also a lil sth about how my mum is like.

Proverbs 31b
14 She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.
*CHECK!!*
15 She gets up while it is still night;
she provides food for her family
and portions for her female servants.
*CHECK!!*
16 She considers a field and buys it;
out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
*haha... yup!! CHECK!! (but its something else rather than vineyard)*
17 She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.
*CHECK!!*
18 She sees that her trading is profitable,
and her lamp does not go out at night.
*CHECK!!*
20 She opens her arms to the poor
and extends her hands to the needy.
*CHECK!! DEFINITELY CHECK!!!*
21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household;
for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
*4-5 LAYERS THICK OF CHECK!!*
23 Her husband is respected at the city gate,
where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.
*CHECK!!*
25 She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
*CHECK!!*
26 She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
*DOUBLE CHECK!!*
28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
*CHECK!!*
29 “Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
*MEGA CHECK!!*
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
*CHECK!!*
31 Honor her for all that her hands have done,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.
